In October we had a terrific celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary. We stretched it out over three days, and it was so much fun. We went to Midway to Kathy and Chas' cabin the first night for dinner and a flashlight hike. Then breakfast and swimming the next morning. For dinner, we went to Heaps of Pizza in Provo, where Charles and I ate as students. Heaps was truly a dump 50 years ago, but had great pizza, so it has survived and improved, as we have. We then had a walking tour of BYU and showed the family important places in our dating history, such as the place of the first kiss. Next day, we had a reception at the Social Center here at Woodbridge, and friends and family joined to help us celebrate. Wow! What a great weekend! Our family really pitched in to make a memorable occasion.

Learning!

You all probably already know this, but I just learned last week that if I bring the cursor over the picture it becomes a hand, and with a click the picture is enlarged. I'm so excited about it, I go and click all the time. The picture of the monument at the Eureka cemetery however doesn't do that.
In September at Megan and Ed's wedding Jeanette took this picture which she titled the 4 Princesses. The girls are from left to right, Lydia Hall, Helen Felt, MyKel Hall, and Bailey Hall. Lydia and Bailey belong to James and Angie, Helen to Chas and Kathy and MyKel to Jared and Kriss. Wasn't that a wonderful time with all the family to celebrate such a marvelous occasion!
